Because hope is not a plan.
I created Legion Training because it is the app I would have wanted before joining. I tested the training plans on myself and built the rest around the questions future candidates keep asking me.
You cannot control everything that will happen during selection. But you can control how you arrive.

You need to arrive able to run, do pull-ups and keep going when you’re tired. I tested every training plan in the app on myself. Use them to build up before you go.

You’ll face an IQ test during selection. The app lets you practise the same kind of logic, pattern and number exercises so the format is already familiar when you arrive.
Read about the IQ testSelection isn’t only about sport and IQ tests. I put the interview e-book inside Legion Training because candidates keep asking me what they will be asked. It helps you understand the kind of questions you may face and think through your own answers before you arrive.
It is not there to teach you what to say. It is there to help you prepare.

You don’t need perfect French before joining. But a few useful words will make your first days easier. Start small. You’ll learn plenty more once you’re there.
I joined the French Foreign Legion in 2012. I remember preparing without really knowing what was waiting for me. Legion Training grew from the questions candidates still ask me today. It will not get you selected. It is here to help you arrive better prepared.
Because hope is not a plan.
